🕒 Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note:
❌ Refunds or returns for size-related issues or change of mind are not available.
We highly recommend checking the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (for defective, damaged, or incorrect items):

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

📌 Important:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🧾 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and work to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund (if applicable).

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products, intimate items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards (non-refundable)

🔁 Exchanges

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the fastest way to get the correct product is to:

  1. Request a return for the affected item

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want

🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer rules.

As with all returns, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
